What is a registrar?

A domain registrar is a entity which registers and manages domain names for customers. They are accredited by registries, and can directly register domain names for customers. Organisations which are not registrars can still offer registration services, by utilising a registrars reseller programme.

We are currently accredited with various registries, including Nominet, the registry for .uk names. We are also an ICANN accredited registrar accredited with Verisign who power .COM and .NET among others.
