There is a whole range of things that the concierge team can do for you. Here are some of them:
- Assist you in choosing a hosting package if you are not sure which one it is that you need.
- Help you transfer in a domain from another registrar.
- Help you migrate a website and provide guidelines for manually migrating emails.
- Install a CMS (WordPress, Joomla, Magento, etc) for you or guide you through the installation.
- Assist with anything else you may have questions about or problems with: logging into the CMS, creating FTP accounts, email accounts, etc.
If something relating to our services is not on the list, you can always ask us. In most cases we'll be happy to at least give it a try.
