No, the goal of the concierge team is to check in with new clients and help them out in getting comfortable with the systems and anything else they need. We are not trying to sell you anything.
If you however need advice for a product you're looking to buy, we will be happy to provide you with it. So for example if you have a domain name and you'd like to build a blog, if you give us some more details, we can recommend a hosting plan for you to use.
